"We were “welcome Home’d” every time we came back in the front door. The entire staff treated us as if it was our home. The facilities were immaculate. The view from the restaurant windows and balconies overlooking the the east and south side of the city. Castle St George fills your view. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant has a very wide and delicious menu. This is our second visit and we will return."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The staff was very nice and the room was clean, and we'll sized. We enjoyed our stay except for the noise outside because we had to leave our window open at night. Our air conditioner never worked the 4 nights we stayed. Despite being told we could change our room and that the air conditioner would be fixed, we were never moved and the air conditioner was never fixed. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well. Otherwise it was a nice hotel."

"First time in Lisbon. The hotel is situated in a great location, easy access to public transport, restaurants and local sites. The hotel itself is lovely, contemporary and very clean.We booked a room with a balcony and city view which was room 407. We were very pleased with the room and the view was fantastic of Rossio square. The breakfast was nice, fresh and enough selection but possibly could have had a bit of variety each day. The WiFi was great and always stayed connected. Now to the staff. The whole team are so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I found this made our stay so much more memorable as I really appreciate staff to offer good customer service. In particular we would like to mention Pedro on the reception. He goes above and beyond. He has an exceptional way about him with his excellent customer service skills, knowledge, super friendly and a great sense of humour. It really made us feel well looked after.
