"Loved the location, the room was immaculate, staff extremely friendly. The only downside was our bed seemed like it was 2 beds joined together rather than a queen bed which made it sink a bit in the middle - that's the only things I did not love."

"Lovely hotel with excellent location and very friendly staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, decorated well and was very clean (the coffee machine was a great addition too!). We found the room to be very well soundproofed from the outside Rossio Square noise. However, our room was next to the kitchen and there was a lot of noise from there from 6am all throughout the breakfast hours which affected our sleep. Other than this, we had a great stay here."

"Very quiet and comfortable and well located. The rooms are small as is typical in Europe. The shower was great and I liked that there was a lighted make up mirror and a full length mirror. Lighting was also good in the bathroom. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and water. The only thing that is unusual is you have to turn in your metal key every time you leave and you pick it back up when you return. I would stay there again. The staff had very good recommendations for everything Lisbon."

"The hotel was wonderful. The room, though small, was adequate. It was clean and well maintained. The restaurant and bar were great. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and had snacks and drinks there as well. There is even a pizza shop, though it was closed the night we might have wanted some pizza as a snack. The breakfast was fantastic. And the fish, fried green beans and fried potato skins at dinner were excellent. And the location is great to set out and explore Lisbon. And live music is audible while eating dinner right outside the restaurant door near the Rua Augusta Arch. We loved the hotel and would stay there again."
