"The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I received a free room upgrade. My room was clean and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a nice bonus along with the drinks in the mini fridge. The area is very walkable. The only downside, the hotel is located on a street where the tram runs and Ubers and taxi’s are not able to pick up or drop off directly in front of the location. "

"We stayed 4 nights here. The location was great. The staff Lara was very good. She always addressed me by my name. She was always smiling. The breakfast was good, fresh omelette was great and so was the pancake and yogurt. They had other items in the buffet. Walking distance to most attractions. The room was small but ok. The pillows need to be replaced, bed was very comfortable. We got boxed breakfast on our last day as we had a very early flight. "
