"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. "Clean and spacious room. Good AC, which was essential in this heat wave. Good location if you need to be close to the train and bus station. Generally quiet with only occasional noise from the street. Communication with staff was good, with only a few small glitches (e.g., we agreed to have room cleaning done on Sunday, but nobody showed up on Sun and it happened on Tue instead). "This was located in a perfect location for exploring San Marco Square. We had a magical time here! Only complaint is that the main bed was really two twin thin mattresses put on top of a metal cot frame, so they weren't the most comfortable beds. Apart from that everything from check-in to check-out was excellent! The apartment size was excellent for our family of 4. We loved having a small fridge to store drinks in. We also appreciated how quiet it was. The portable AC was also powerful!"
