"I've been staying at the B Ocean for years. The owners have been neglecting the property. Carpets in the hallways and grimy and old. Doors and furniture in rooms is dinged and chipped. Time to renovate or lower the room charge for the downgraded experience. Valet charge at $57/night is out of control, for bad service. They never pick up the phone when you call. The hotel staff is great! "

The only feedback I would share is that the Wi-Fi could be stronger, and the building could benefit from some light renovations, as it is an older property. Overall, still a very pleasant stay!"
