"At this hotel all staff can speak great English so travellers can feel easy and ask about just anything. Late checkout will charge more but the staff are happy to accommodate. One word of advice - still leave at least 10-15 minutes of “travel time” from the airport to your hotel room. Despite this is an airport hotel, the walk from the Arrival hall is actually pretty substantial, and the hotel itself is big - escalators, lining up for check-in’s, and even walking to your room all takes time. On the brighter side, the complex where the hotel sits is great! Great dining options to drugstores and fun shopping, for short layovers you can actually have some fun without going into the city of Tokyo."

"An excellent location and many things to do on site! Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean, but it was a bit tired. Carpet had pieces coming out in several spots. Bed was very comfortable and room had a lovley ciew of the Tokyo skyline. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Very convenient to the Shinagawa station. Would stay here again!"

"This was a great hotel. I was traveling with two girls and the room was spacious, clean, and the property was in a great location. The only thing I would not do again is the breakfast, it was expensive! Loved it and would stay again"

"I had a very good experience last time I was there but this time it wasn’t as good. Now, they don’t clean the rooms or change bed linens every day, unless you request it. On the last day, when we tried to store our luggages at the front desk after we checked out, one of the staff was very rude to us. Next time, we will consider a different hotel."

"I stayed at this hotel as I had a 16hour overnight layover in Haneda. Didn’t really interact with anyone working at the hotel so therefore can’t comment on the service. My room felt old and my room was small. Convenient location obviously. "

"The hotel was well positioned in a lively area. They kept my bags until check-in time allowing me to explore. Everything worked smoothly with the app they used to identify luggage - they were VERY busy but remained polite and helpful. The room was perfect for the stay and I enjoyed use of the public bath after days walking around Tokyo and to Nagano to see the snow monkeys. I'd recommend this hotel - just make sure you put the right one in the satnav as there are a few with very similar names! "
