"Family of four review with two little boys..harbor view room was excellent. Small balcony though but amazing view. The location of hotel is perfection. Literally so close to everything. Easy check in, easy parking. Biggest downside to room? There was no table/chair set up for in room dining. We had to get really creative with space for eating room service meals utilizing the outdoor chairs for inside seating and still didn’t have enough seats for the four of us. The size of the room was just too small for our family. The pool area was great though. There’s a small children’s pool that is 2 feet deep. A hot tub next to it and a long pool for lap swimming with a maximum depth of 4 feet. There’s also a steam room and sauna available to guests. It’s a little strange that community members use this space as their paid monthly gym though. When you’re in the pool, gym goers can clearly see you. We thought this was a little strange and more foot traffic than otherwise would be. No bathroom available in the pool area also was a bummer and surprising. You’d have to leave the pool area and go through the gym to use the bathroom. Overall, we would stay again."

"Great location for all around the the harbor, bar and grill right below, reasonable prices..downfall was the wooden doors on the rooms dont close properly and have to be pulled hard with a bang.. you hear everone in the hallway all night.. they said a up grade way comeing.."

"The cleaning staff went out of their way when I thought my sheets on the bed would be changed everyday. I was unaware that this was not the procedure for more than one days stay. They changed the sheets for me per my request and towels. I am very thankful for their understanding that I was not knowledgeable with hotel procedures. Next time I will be more diligent in acquiring the information necessary to understand what to expect next time I stay in yours, or any other hotels."
