"I was very impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance of the room. I didn’t love the bed covers - I found them heavy, but it’s not a deal breaker. I also wished they had a fridge that wasn’t locked and also that they had more than one coffee pod for Morning coffee. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced. They have a complementary airport shuttle that runs every hour. It was a wonderful convenience. "

"Excellent service from all the staff. Rooms and all guest areas of the hotel were clean. Upon arrival to our room, we found a hand-written note from the hotel manager. It might not seem like a big deal but for us it was a heart-warming note showing genuine appreciation. Area was quiet, close to many restaurants and walkable distance to El Zocalo. Breakfast at the cafe was very good and staff was very attentive. Definitely highly recommended"
