"The room was entered into whilst at the gym, cash & credit card stolen. There is no safe in the room. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. Requested keycard log. They took a very long time to produce it, long enough to tamper with? Log then showed no entry by any staff keycard. CCTV requested, none in corridors only elevators. Help to phone the police to report? Nope, said there is no point as all they will say is there is no evidence of room entry & no CCTV to support the allegation. Could...

"The daily rate warrants a reconsideration. While the double room was in a smaller side, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 2 more people (genuine highlight). However, the absence of a smart TV made it impossible to access basic streaming services such as Netflix. The room has a balcony but it was left much to be desired, as it was noticeably unclean.
