"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern and stylish this hotel is. My room was located on the 101st floor with breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers truly unforgettable. The rooms are beautifully designed, very sleek, and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 99th floor are spectacular, offering a luxury experience with incredible views. Room service food was delicious and exceeded expectations. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff....

"I loved my stay at the Else and highly recommend it to anyone visiting KL. It was the perfect boutique hotel experience. The service was impeccable and the hotel was beautifully curated - it had a lovely library, unique art work and luxe bathroom toiletries. I found the location very convenient as well. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend you book a room that overlooks the pool. My room faced the street and it was quite loud due to night time activities. "

But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "
