"Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!"

"My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nightโs sleep here.
