"Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!"

"The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours.
Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always huge smiles on their faces. Rooms were new, clean and quiet enough. They provided ear plugs for the muslim prayers. Very thoughtful. Will be good to have better lighting in the master bedroom in the 2 bedroom villa. It was very dim and not conducive for reading. A gym will be great too!"

"Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok.
