"The place was nice overall, but the iron and washing machine feel very outdated—like 1980s technology (we had the same ones when I was a kid!). There are modern top-loading washing machines available now that are much better, more user-friendly for guests, and actually cheaper than the current one. A steam iron would also be a great upgrade. Need taxi to get,nothing close."

When booking, it was incorrectly shown as a 10 minute walk to the haram, it turned out to be a 10 minute drive instead. It does not take five minute's to drive to the centre. It actually takes 12 minutes to drive from the centre. There was nothing superior about the room! It was actually very small. This property owner at least could provide details on how to locate this property. Why isn’t there a photo of the front facade of the building to help...

"Staffs were very helpful. We got a room next to noisy busy street. After raising the issue staff moved into other rooms straightaway. We had two kids and stayed 4 nights. We used our own taxi to move around . We got a recommendation of a great driver who was nice person . Room was spacious. Kettle cord was very inconvenient position, very difficult to use. "False advertisement that property is less than 1km from masjid nabvi.(haram). They lie about property location 17km away. We cancelled the booking and got fully refund from expedia. Please be aware booking in mecca and medina. Hotels are faraway they send you property address later and blame expedia. Anyhow first makesure hotel address or location is correct."
