I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. Everything was well-maintained, and the attention to detail was impressive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, une mention spéciale au personnel tellement bien veillant , à l’écoute et coopératif . Très reconnaissante à Abou Ahmad, Moussa, Abd Errahman, le chauffeur de la navette Sajed qui a été très flexible en nous attendant à chaque fois après la sortie du Masjed Nabawi étant donné que mes parents ne marchent pas vite . Papa a oublié ses stylos d’insuline à l’hôtel , l’un des employés ( je n’ai malheureusement pas demandé son prénom ) nous les a apporté à la gare de train avec sa voiture personnelle . Merci du fond du cœur d’avoir rendu notre séjour parfait
