I called the front desk; the sole person on duty was unable to bring me a remote, and I didn’t want to get redressed to go to the front desk. I therefore had no benefit from one of the main amenities of the room - I’m not happy. The presence of a TV remote should be on a housekeeping checklist before a room is deemed ready. I likely...

"We arrived at the hotel early and we were allowed to check in early which was very accommodating. We were initially in a ground floor room, but we requested to be in a higher room and they did oblige. The property was clean and the new decor was very beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend."
