"Room was clean. The toilet paper holder was loose and there was little to no conditioner in the shower. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Overall a great stay."

The pool wasnt open on time the next day. We didnt know this and went and asked how to access the pool, dressed in suits with towels. He told us and after we went outside we saw it was closed. We came back in and said 'oh. Its closed temporarily because of the storm.' That part is fine but it was a little irksome that he didnt say...

"Beautiful large property. Reception, rooms were excellent. Only disappointment was the gym. I picked a hotel with a gym over Airbnb or bother option because I need to workout. The pool was closed for renovations and the gym was subpar. Dumbbells from 5 to 75 lbs were newer. But no squat rack or smith machine. Only a duel cable machine that was missing most of the accessories. There was only 1 adjustable bench no bench press machine or anything else. There were some treadmills and a bike. But you...

"The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc."

"Upon checking in the hostess was very nice but failed to tell us that the elevator was out and you have to walk the steps. Stairwell was very hot due to no air condition. We had to walk to the fourth floor and on our way up to the room we ran into a man probably 60 to 70 years old walking down the steps and complaining that this had been the fifth time that the elevator had been out since Sunday. I felt really bad for the poor man. There’s no way that there’s only one elevator in this building...

"Youth baseball can was staying when we were. A kid must have gotten locked out of room and was banging on door from 3-4am. A call to front desk didn’t result in the kid being assisted."
