"We booked here because it’s close to Preston Park where we were going for a 2 day Thai festival. It’s reasonable priced too. It’s under new management and being renovated. We are more than pleased with the service we received. All staff were happy and helpful. The parking is in the hotel grounds and safe. "Nice location and good sized room. Room gets very warm even with the fan provided, as it gets direct sunlight in the morning. Be aware there is no reception of any kind, so you need to make sure you have been sent the building/room code and instructions to get in when you arrive. I hadn’t been emailed mine, and had to call the property phone number to get it, but the help over the phone was very nice and I got what I needed. Otherwise great room for the price. "

"Lovely hotel, room was big and spacious it had a very comfy bed, bathroom had a bath and shower. Great well equipped gym, huge pool, sauna and steamer all included in room rate for you to use at no extra price. Staff were all so polite and friendly.
