"A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel with a rich history in the delightful town of Lewes. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and an en-suite shower room. Dining was excellent, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. "

"There actually was not a breakfast. However, the hotel includes a charming pub where we enjoyed an excellent pub lunch. As a whole we very much enjoyed the White Horse Inn. Our room seemed a little small and we shared a bathroom. We did find a restaurant within a short walking distance where we enjoyed breakfast. "

"Was horrified at the external state of building. Couldn’t get access to the building, there were building works going on alongside so I left and found somewhere decent to stay. "

"I had booked this hotel a couple of days before and on the day they called me to canceled the booking and could not give me a reason why. I'm still waiting for a refund "

"This is a shared bathroom with at least 6 other rooms which is unsuitable if you are travelling with an elderly parent. There is also No Parking despite this being advertised. The property did not reply to me about address and parking until the day AFTER my stay. Prooery did not reply to Expedia when we needed urgent support. We had to find our own alternative accommodation and still no resolution or contact from the property!!"
