"Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. "The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. "This is a really great hotel and excellent value too. My room had a balcony overlooking the marina and the staff were all very welcoming and highly professional. I particularly like the decor in this place - even the corridors are cool. I've stayed in a few Malmaison places and they always give each location a particular character making each one a memorable experience. I checked in quite late and only just made last orders in the restaurant (by a few minutes) but no one tried to hurry me up...
