Lovely decor (room and restaurant/bar), spotlessly clean. Delicious food and friendly efficient service. Lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from. "

It’s an easy stroll to the Yorkshire Dales Visitor Centre, and there’s a beautiful 4.5‑mile loop walk along the river that brings you back through Grass Wood Nature Reserve. It’s also a perfect base for exploring the wider Dales, with Aysgarth Falls, Hawes, the Ribblehead Viaduct and more all within easy reach. We'll definitely be booking Grassington Lodge...

"Room was large and clean with a bath and shower. The hotel is in a beautiful village next to the river and many lovely walks. Evening meal was excellent, as was breakfast. All the staff were great with Naomi going above and beyond."

"Clean and comfortable, with lovely welcome basket and useful local information provided. Shower was good and hot, heating worked a treat and beautiful location. Only improvement would be a topper on the mattress and you could feel the springs and a shelf in the bathroom."

"The cottage we stayed in was so cozy and was a great space for my family of 5. Peppa was very helpful in settling us in. The breakfast included was the most delicious and had a large variety of options. There are trails and a beautiful green space right beside the hotel making it so scenic. "

"A lovely cosy cottage with everything you need for a walking holiday. Plenty of info from the helpful owner who came around to explain things shortly after I arrived. A short walk to the station. Parking OK outside cottage as long as you have a relatively small car (larger cars can park further down the lane I think). All in all an excellent cottage."
