The hotel looks great and has some nice outside seating areas, from the warm and friendly welcome at reception, the great food we had in the hotel restaurant both for dinner and breakfast and the comfortable well appointed room.
I would definitely stay here again if in the area
Warmly welcomed, staff all professional, friendly helpful. The atmosphere is peaceful, location stunning, loads to see in the area and wonderful walks. The grounds were fantastic to walk our dog , safe and secure.. plenty of wildlife. Will be even better when the Hide has been renovated . Bed was very comfortable and room spotless, food was good and well presented and breakfast was included in our deal . A very enjoyable visit , will be back soon

We were so impressed with everything in this hotel! The room was spacious & immaculately clean, the check in staff & breakfast room staff were helpful friendly & knowledgeable & the breakfast was beautiful! The fruit selection was so fresh & I love how they melon balled the melon!
Beautiful hotel, second time staying for one night, breakfast included, evening meal have to book separately which was easy to do. Everything about this hotel, location, availability of rooms, staff and food was truly amazing. We will be booking again, probably near Christmas time.
Solo female traveller staying one night in June. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Staff attentive, food exceptional and location setting and amenities very special. Would highly recommend.
A two night stay for 10 people in 5 rooms in this beautiful well cared for period building. The staff were fantastic in dealing with a larger group and especially with our Gluten Free member. An open kitchen meant you could watch food being freshly prepared in the Seasons restaurant and chat with the Chefs.. Plenty of room both inside and out to relax with drinks, tea & coffee and scones or full Afternoon Teas. An easy access nature path within the grounds kept us occupied on one day with staff suggesting many other options within the local area. We will be back.
Beautiful hotel full of character, warm and welcoming with exceptional staff who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Food was very good & the wedding we attended there was perfect. My only comment worth making is ensure you book the room you require as the standard double is very bland compared to the other rooms which are luxurious…. Giving them a call to book directly is a must as they may have special deals which are very generous. I would definitely recommend staying here & would love to return one day.
