Truly superior staff - whoever is doing the hiring and training is a special human. Special shout out to Kelly at the restaurant and the doorman (sorry didn't get a name) who were so helpful during my solo stay while handicapped with a broken ankle. Handicapped room was a bit small and far from elevator, but well equipped and comfortable. Was able to work comfortably in room. Beautiful flowers from the restaurant on mother's day. Food and cocktails were solid/inventive. Beautiful lobby if you have to cool your heels."
