Great hotel. The location is just super convenient. Hotel is nice, room was good, size, bed comfort and pillows were second to none. Bathroom on the lower end for this hotel, shower was weak and leaking and bathroom amenities did not match the rest of the room in terms of details and quality.

Was able to check in early, staff was friendly and accommodating, lovely king sized bed with sitting room. Staff provided bottles of water daily and cookies on the first day. The only complaint is the many spots on the rug and the room could use a fresh coat of paint. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautifully updated hotel. The room was spotless. But what stood out to me was the staff. We were treated like royalty during our stay. It is in a great location if you like shopping-steps from Newbury St. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

The stay at the Eliot was fantastic. To say nothing of the ornate and beautiful property itself, the room was immaculate, the staff was among the most courteous I have ever encountered, and I received an early check in time for a complimentary room upgrade. I highly recommend this property; the price and proximity to Back Bay is challenging to surpass.
