Excellent hotel

Excellent location, clean, very large rooms, amazing staff. I do wish they used top sheets and not just a duvet but that is a personal preference.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. They upgraded us because the room we booked was not ready yet. The hotel is safe and connects to the Prudential mall for shopping and more dining options. The staff and service were exemplary. We will definitely stay again.

I have stayed in top hotels all over the world, and I have to say, the Mandarin is the first hotel where I can say, they really thought about their guests and how they occupy a room. Things as simple as all the light switches at the bedside. Every convenience you could think for the room was carefully planned out and offered. It really made me realize that this hotel was a standout because they cared about ultimate comfort and luxury for their guests.
