"The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was so handy to have a kitchen area to prepare food. The hotel was only an 8 minute walk to the T stop at Ruggles. The area felt safe during the day, however we can't say what it was like at night as we had normally returned early evening. Breakfast was complimentary, but selection was small- still a nice addition though."
