"Breakfast had a huge line and closed at 10am. I waited for 20 mins and did not even order so had to give up. Totally unacceptable as a traveler who needs food and is on a schedule. I saw lots of other people give up out of the line too. Needs either better staffing or a different service approach. Very poor experience "

"The traffic noise was too high at the four floor in room 431, and it's throughout the day because of the hotel closeness to highway. The windows need to be soundproofed. Other than this, it was great."

"We met a couple of very pleasant ladies who worked here, especially the afternoon/evening manager 5/17/26, about 430pm who kindly helped us track down our GrubHub order - above and beyond. The girl who checked us in at the lobby desk went out of her way to be disrespectful and rude. We sent 3 messages in the week prior to our arrival requesting an early check-in for medical reasons - Expedia called them.
