高CP值
非常的便宜，我們5人訂了家庭套房，整體整潔還可以，沒有太奇怪的味道。廁所的花灑支架原本就壞了，但不影響使用。 這價錢能訂到這樣的房間，CP值真的很高，空間夠大。只是隔音有點不好，我睡靠窗的位子會聽到汽車駛過的聲音。 樓下有飲水機可以裝水。附近也蠻多地方逛的。

The hotel js at the main road side and there is no sound proof. Old furnitures. Except for good location at cheap price.

I Will NOT stay again!
The bed had sank! Very uncomfortable! Bed sheets are dirty! Have stain! Toilet wall also have stains.. do not have proper floor matt to dry feet. Door lock spoil, no battery!? No hot water for shower! Asked to change room, they says fully book! No more room to spare!

Hotel is nicely placed in the city with all the popular sightseeing spots nearby just walking distance. All restaurants are nearby within 100 mtrs. There is a night market just outside the hotel. Only issue will be the parking as it's all public parking and difficult to find mostly. Room was exactly as shown in the pictures. AirCon was not good and didn't cool much.Overall value for money and will recommend to all.

The hotel walking distance to all attraction, room so2 but the water pressure is low..but the car parking is not under this properties its majlis perbandaran owned (white line), yellow line is private n need to pay for it. Hotel need to checked n clean the room for guest who stay for more then 1 nite.

Good Location
The outside bathroom floor carpet is quite rough & the bathroom water did not flow into the hole. However is is worth the money due to its strategic location which Mahkota Parade is just right beside it.

Value for Money Stay in nice neighborhood
Very good hotel for money spent. two rooms one with King and another with two twins for 100+. Area of easily accessible to food and attractions. Definitely will repeat if go to Malacca again

Good for short stay
Very near with the main town. Room is ok just at night is a bit noisy because of highway and sometimes the noise come from the water pump

nice area because near at town
when i was sleep at night the hotel blackout around 20 minutes but staff inform to us and i also try to call the reception , no one answer the phone . The water at bathroom are very slow .

Okay for the budget stay
Room is clean, but has a very heavy cigarette-smoke smell albeit the non-smoking policy. Wasn't informed that there was an all-weekend-long night market downstairs till 2-3am; was really loud and noisy. No daily housekeeping was done during the stay, TV has poor reception. However, the staff was helpful and friendly. Location is great, with short walking distance to all main attraction. Overall, it was okay for a short, budget-ish stay.

The rate is a bit over-priced but it is a last minute booking on the Christmas eve. The location is quite good and free parking provided. Due to the traffic is congested during holiday in Malacca, we walked to Jonker Walk, Portuguese Settlement, etc. The walking distance is about 20 minutes approx 2.5km from the tourist sport.

Good budget hotel close to all attractions
It was a good and bugeted hotel. I enjoy staying there. Was close to all major attractions and you don’t even need to grab a taxi. Staff was very friendly.

Very small room even though it is Family Quad room
Very small room with barely space to walk. Hot water shower is not working. Room was not ready at 3pm. Had to wait for another 25 minutes. Receptionist was dishonest by not giving us the RM50 deposit receipt even though she had already issued it. The receipt was given upon asking.

Hotel staff attitude is terrible
We check in the hotel around 11:30pm, we booked for two triple room, but when we reach the hotel, the hotel only reserve one triple room for us and that day the hotel room already full house. I asked the hotel staff to check it whether expedia paid them for one room payment or two room payment, the hotel staff said he was part time night shift worker so don't know all of this and also cannot make any decision for refund (we request for the fully refund to let us find another hotel to stay). After a long time arguing he call the full time staff to come back the hotel for settle it, but that full time staff aunty more terrible. After she check she suddenly said have another room havent clean yet so after clean then we can stay in, we feel very strange so we go up to check the room when they do the cleanliness for the room, we just found the room they mention is share with other hotel guest !! (because they are staying like the suits room so inside the suits have two separate room) We very angry about the hotel staff didn't told us honestly about the room is share with other guest, and we angrily told the aunty we dont want that room (somemore the room that night is blackout, no eletric at all), and the aunty shout at us and slap the door and go away !! when we get back to the lobby, the aunty suddeny said she can arrange another two extra beds to the triple room they reserve to us and make the refund for another room. Around 2am we 6 ppl finally can squeeze in one triple room.

Short Staycation
Room quite clean but the bed sheet like didn't change a new one. Luckily we just stay for a night as we need to attend an event. The toilet water supply pretty small. Unless you just stay there for a short trip and you don't mind the hotel condition otherwise no recommended.
