"The room was really nice. The only issue we ran into was the person at the actvities desk was late so we didn't get our wristbands the first day. And when we did, he was so busy trying to sell us on "joining" the property he forgot to activate them. As we were leaving the next day it wasn't worth stopping there again "

"What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved. Overall, a lovely property and a great experience but once again Ryan deserves the biggest mahalo nui loa!! "This is an amazing property& Really well built. 3 pool areas. Large pool is awesome for kids with slides, sandy area, volleyball & basketball in the pool & lots of hot tubs. AND the adult pool side is quiet loungers in the pool. Cold plunge and hot tubs. Could also shuddle to the Hilton and use the pools and amenities there. Condo really nice huge bathrooms and outside porch area with table and 2 lounge chairs. Sliding door almost opens the whole wall. Beds super comfy. Could have slept 8 with pull out couch. Quality appliances and a barbecue pit outside. Market close enough to get grocery although expensive but could cook all meals to save $. Staff kind and helpful. Worth the $ would return. "
