"Room 203 has damp on the wall and smells of damp. Outside the windows are the hotel air conditioning units so the room has constant noise. The walls are also very thin so you can easily hear other guests. The room is a good size though. The mattress needs to be replaced and a tv remote provide. The room was clean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good. The view from the restaurant was stunning."

"Bedrooms were lovely and most of the staff couldn’t do more to help you. The gym is very basic , and was disappointed the pool was cold and lots of tiles need fixing. Breakfast choice and quality was good"

"Like living in a Bridgerton White Lotus mashup. Staff was so attentive, helpful and went above and beyond. We enjoyed the stay so much, we extended another night. The grounds are beautiful, the inside maybe even more so."

"Beautiful old Manor House converted into a hotel. Very quiet location, plenty of parking facilities, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely restaurant overlooking the grounds, breakfast was beautifully cooked and served. I’d certainly use this hotel again."

"The breakfast was good. Plenty of selection but I don't think all of it was cooked fresh. The bacon was very hard and not easy to cut. The toast was not as one would expect toast to be, it seemed as if it was bread that was put in a pan with oil and served. But nothing was too much trouble for the staff."

"Absolutely horrible do not stay here!! Unclean rooms, unhelpful & not present staff, things hanging off their hinges. Was also denied a cancellation when i expressed safety concerns about my room. I even found previous tenants clothes in the draws, shavings in the sink, old soap bars."
