"The check in process could’ve been good if the door would’ve opened with no problem. After picking up the keys at the other location, it took us around 20 minutes to be able to open the door until someone had to approach and assist us. The next day we were also stuck for 10 minutes in the morning, perhaps locks need a replacement. We also found underwear that’s not us inside the laundry machine, The apartment itself was nice, small but pretty and it had all necessary stuff. Location is great...

"We had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic—very convenient and perfect for exploring the area—but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff we encountered was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, and their hospitality made such a difference. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."
