Everything was okay, the room was spacious and comfortable but the only downside is the location since it's a bit away from everything and the neighborhood seems a bit dodgy. But overall it's a reasonable choice considering the price per night.

Our stay in Marseille

Very good hotel and good location - the only issue was that the air conditioning was not working properly in every room but the hotel staff knew this and are endeavouring to repair. Helpful and friendly staff.

Awful

No AC in a heat wave. No functioning elevator. A “breakfast” without edible food. Priced at a World Cup gouging price of 700€. Shameful. No apology for any of it. After being in 73 countries (20+ this year) this stands alone as the worst ever.

Property has not been kept up - current and old leaks are apparent in walls and ceilings, a/c broken, clumps of dust were stuck on bottom of mattress when pulled out the sofabed, more than just a dusting of dust on the fans put in the room as substitute for broken a/c (that was supposed to be included in room rate, and which was not mentioned to us as not being available ), etc. Sense is of a place that has either fallen on hard times or doesn’t want to spend any money to maintain the property.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons choisi cet établissement, car tres bien situé, et aussi parce qu a 20 min du stade Vélodrome ou nous avons ete voir un match, l arret de Metro 2 Perrier est à quelques centaines de metres, et il y a de nombreux commerces de proximités a côté, boulangerie, Franprix,...metro direct pour la gare St Charles. Seul bemol, la ventilation continue...personnel aimable.
