The hotel and staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. *HOWEVER, The restaurant in the hotel, Aura, the food was terrible and the chefs were unsanitary. They were eating the whole time they were preparing our food. There is a window that faces the dining area so the “chefs” were in plain view.

Hotel was lovely, clean, and spacious with lovely staff. The only down side is the walk to the bars and restaurants is approx 35-40min.

Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. It was walkable to restaurants, the shopping center, and the movie theater. The tram station is close by. I would recommend it.

Modern hotel with excellent facilities. Great breakfast and adjoining pizza restaurant. Although nearly an hour's walk from the old dock, Les Docks Village which is a large very nice modern shopping and restaurant complex is only 5 minutes walk away. The air conditioned apartment was lovely and spacious, but let down by the sink being the opposite end of the apartment to the toilet. Our balcony overlooked offices and the road. Overall, excellent value and would choose to stay there again.

We enjoy our stay in general because we did not stay indoors for most of the trip. However, the sewage/toilet was a mess (it was foul smelling during the day and mostly at night) and the ventilation system was not efficient (because we were very hot all through the trip as we slept). The staff were polite and helpful on check in. The €300 deposit was a tad steep but I understand.

Hotel is new, and room is big enough, everything is new but a little bit too new, some are not ready, free coffee in the lobby, close to tram station Arenc Le Silo and train station-Arenc Euroméditerranée. Desposit 300euro is not reasionable.

Not 4 star hotel

Pros: Nice decor Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Just across the tram. Good service and air conditioned. Small supermarket just 3 minutes away. Cons: No serviced room. I needed to take out my own trash. I needed to get towels at the reception desk. 300€ deposit. 2 days after check out I’m still waiting to get it back. This isn’t a 4 star hotel.

The room felt spacious, was very clean and modern. I loved having large doors that opened to the outside, letting in fresh air. The hotel is quite close to the tram and metro and bus, making it easy to commute into the city. The staff were very helpful and kind. The lounge area is fun and colourful, making a great spot to unwind at the end of the day and when waiting for others.
