A well located hotel and all shops, restaurants are close by. A quiet side street and 5 minutes walk to the metro. The room was spacious, well furnished but quite traditional and dark which I suppose is the style for those beautiful buildings. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. A pleasure to meet after a long journey and nothing was too much trouble.

Clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. Our room AC didnt work so we had a couple warm nights which is disappointing because i booked hotels with AC for a reason.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well located. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and I appreciated the convenience and comfort during my stay. At check-in the night before, the lady at reception was extremely kind and helpful. I asked if it was possible to stay until 12:00 instead of the usual 11:00 checkout since we had traveled from far, and she graciously agreed. She made me feel welcomed and treated me with warmth and respect. Unfortunately, the experience the following day was quite different. When I went to check out at 11:45, the man at the desk was unfriendly and told me off for not checking out at 11:00. He mentioned extra charges for staying until 12:00 or later, although eventually he said I didn’t have to pay. His tone felt cold and unwelcoming. When I asked about my complimentary VIP drinks, instead of explaining kindly, he analyzed my card and then pointed me to the bar without much courtesy. This contrast in treatment left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I couldn’t help but wonder if my experience would have been different had I been of another background. A smile, a thank you, or simply being asked how my stay was would have made a big difference.

Hotel agréable au cœur de Marseille a 5 minutes de vieux port génial très propre moderne seul bémol à la réception comme je suis membre gold je n ai pas reçus l enregistrement escompté même pas un sourire et nous demandons de régler les taxe de séjours à l avance dû coups j ai décidé de ne pas prendre de petit déjeuner chez eux
