The people at the front desk continually bent over backwards to help me and my wife. Even the gentleman that helped us with our luggage secured a ride to the airport in a very nice vehicle less than Uber Not to mention, Hell’s kitchen is a fantastic venue for restaurants and things to do"

"Excelente hotel! Não tem café da manhã no hotel, nem mesmo pagado, mas tem cozinha completa e restaurante com café da manhã em frente ao hotel. A lavanderia disponível (com custo baixo) é excelente para lavarmos nossas roupas. Ótima localização para central park e bem próximo do metrô para Ir à qualquer lugar. Região muito tranquila e segura. Hotel limpo, equipe excelente! Ficarei sempre aqui quando for a Nova York. "
