"Lovely stay, lovely staff, great location. I was upgraded upon arrival, room was spacious and bathroom very modern. I slept so well!
Gym on rooftop was small, but had everything you need.
Breakfast was amazing! Large selection of dishes including usual breakfast items as well as more brunchy options like grilled chicken, noodle soups, stir fried veg, salads, and fruit.
Staff were all so kind and lovely.
Great location, walkable distance to all cool things around Old Quarter.

"The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! "

"Capella is a great hotel. There's a lot of blingy furniture which is not really my style but is supposed to resemble 1920's and they've done a great job. The hotel provides afternoon tea and cocktails. The staff the was a bit disorganised and i was told that cocktail I ordered was no longer available as they ran out of it so I assumed the cocktails were pre made and did not really contain the alcohol strength I'm familiar with esp my Negroni."
"Brand new hotel with nice japanese style. Really like the design. However the cleaning need major improvement, very dusty inside the room. Cant really breathe while sleeping. Pls pay attention on thw cleaning. Else wouldn't be back again. Thank you."

"Sophisticated yet cozy. Service was top notch. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great central bustling location but quiet and peaceful inside the hotel.
An example of the great service: I was not feeling well from a stomach bug I caught at a previous hotel; the manager noticed I wasn't eating much at breakfast and I told her the sickness was the reason. She took it upon herself to make me ginger and honey tea as well as to provide me the ingredients to-go so I could make more later. The tea really helped."
