"Misleading photos. There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice. But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure"

"Room was excellent and the air conditioning was amazing. The room was amazingly dark and quiet at night and great view out the window during the day. The bag storage was a minor bit troublesome as it seemed like the restaurant staff didn’t enjoy sorting this out for us, but not the most annoying. The location was very convenient to the train station and a small walk (10 mins) to the main town."

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner. "Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen. Tolles...

"Great location for travelling through the area with good free parking immediately outside. Complementary coffee, water and cake in reception is a nice touch. Very close to a good service station with associated restaurant serving a nice rangebof meals at reasonable prices. "Be warned. This hotel will be a max 2 stars if it was not on the lake. It has pretty pictures because the restaurant is nicely decorated and has the old classic feel to it. But the actual hotel is far from the 4 stars. The garbage at the main entrance was really stinky. The staff is very helpful. This review is not about the staff. It’s about the hotel. "Everything about our stay from the staff, to the property, to the room to the incredible views was everything we could have wanted and more. The family that owns the hotel also staff it. They treated us like one of the family, even giving us prosecco to help us celebrate our honeymoon. If we find ourselves in Tremezzo again, we will without a doubt be staying here."
