"Each morning there was staff outside cleaning pipes, the walls and ceilings of the outdoor walkway areas. Staff was very responsive to our needs, and everyone was very friendly. Their restaurant had good food, the room was cool and had a ceiling fan which was helpful to keep cool. It is right on the waterfront. Just unfortunate we were there during a bad season of sargassum which is very smelly. They say it usually lasts about 3 weeks (mid May to early June) but has been about 2 months. ...

"Usually do not leave reviews but felt this stay needed to be shared with others. The property was clean. Requested housekeeping at 130pm one of the days we planned to be out exploring and returned at 1130pm and the room was cleaned. On the day of checkout, saw multiple charges on our credit card of random amounts. Contacted the resort and they just sent the receipts and said you can compare and we will have our manager call you. Never received a call back from the manager as promised so decided...
