The futon in the main area was uncomfortable and worn, the beds were metal legs with a wood base with a mattress on it, very uncomfortable. The houseboats were parked right up next to each other and our bedroom was right by someone else’s deck. They were night owls and stayed up until at least 2 am talking. "Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there...

"Noisey on the lower level, can hear guests stomping around above you. Hard beds and pillows. Good shower and nice balcony though. Pool was nice. Tiki bar is limited during the day. Didn't love that the rooftop bar and rhum house was closed Tuesday and Wednesday as the other restaurants in the area get very crowded. "

"We had a great 2 night staff over Spring Break. My kids used the 2 paddle boards, also used the bikes to ride the neighborhood. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. Room 10 was beautiful. Overlooks the pool. Great 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. It was better than expected. Very family friendly and felt very safe. We would stay here again."

"Our vacation was planned around just staying at the resort enjoying the pool. The bar restaurant all of that men are expectation. The room is clean. Staff was very pleasant was happy with our room nice view of the ocean. The one thing I noticed is that they seem to be a musty smell in the rooms, but I also know that with the carpets in the hallway and it is on the water that could contribute. Overall, our experience was very good."

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."
