We loved the location of the resort. It was within walking distance of Duvall street and so many restaurants. Even though it is close to everything it was very quiet and peaceful. The small private beach was nice to return to after seeing the sights. The staff was super friendly too. Would stay here again if we return to Key West.

Wonderful staff we ran into some issues and made it late for our 1 night stay. They stayed late to let us check in and made sure we had no issues getting in our room. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay

Highly recommend Coconut Beach Resort. The property is clean, friendly staff, easy check in and no surprises. Located at the quiet end of KW, and still very walkable to everything in KW. We will definitely return!!!

Great location. Room was clean and plenty big enough (1 bedroom suite). The grounds were great. Pool area was always clean. Worked cleaned the decks by the room every day. Staff was super friendly. There isn’t much to do at the resort except hang out by the pool or ocean but that was perfect for us. I would recommend staying here.

This was a very wonderful stay. It was quiet and while I would not consider it walkable to the duval party scene; its walkable to old duval that’s a bit quieter and more chill.

Nice and quiet on the south side of Key West. Beach is pleasant, nice spa and reasonably sized pool. Most rentals have an ocean view. A couple of nice restaurants in walking distance, but you will need a ride to get to the touristy parts of Key West.
