"La habitación estaba bien, es bonita y acogedora. Sin embargo, se debe de mejorar la atención al cliente como por ejemplo dar con anterioridad el código de acceso al portón, brindar contraseña de Wifi. Yo llamé antes de hacer la reservación consultando si se requería vehículo 4x4 y me indicaron que no, pero al llegar al lugar si se requiere por que hay una cuesta demasiado pronunciada. Además no me gusto que se debe de caminar bastante, bajar y subir gradas para poder llegar a las habitaciones."
