"El hotel está aceptable, sin embargo, el funcionamiento es algo restringido y además hacen competencia desleal porque nos dijeron que si se reserva directamente con ellos hay otros beneficios que si se hace la reserva con otras plataformas y eso no me parece justo para el huésped porque igual se está pagando por un servicio"

"I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant.
