Near the ONT airport. Parking goo. Air conditioning good. Remote control was broken, falling apart. Staff ok, Bed sheets dirty. Stained, looked like they weren’t changed from previous use. Housekeeper was nice and quick to change them.

This place was a one and done for me. I spent 3 days of vacation time here and honestly I should’ve spent a little more money to stay in something way nicer. Found roaches, sheets smelled like piss.. I had to buy my own sheets and cleaning supplies to feel okay finishing my stay here. Housekeeping ignored us, just terrible.

In my experience, the staff at the front desk were EXTREMELY rude unprofessional and audacious. Can’t communicate respectfully and appropriately like adults, some get tickled when you speak up for yourself. Sketchy people are consistently walking around the parking lot and some seem to be living there. Be careful, will ban you if you upset them especially if it’s not your problem or fault. Some just get tickled by the truth. There’s no standard or care for your inconvenience here and it doesn’t feel very safe. There’s no attention to any issues just extreme unprofessionalism. Don’t be fooled by the bare minimum expectations. I had to speak with customer service about issues they didn’t want to deal.

I did not like how the restroom was cleaned. There was all kinds of stuff spotted all over the walls. It was disgusting. The floor was wet when I walked in, but the pool the spa was very beautiful and clean. The personnel was nice except for the young lady, she had an attitude. I did not get her name. Otherwise parking was great. The exterior was clean. Thank you. Had a good time. We went to a concert five minutes away.
