"Tub had drainage issues maintenance man had to be sent to our room. It did appear the tub wasn’t clean throughly as well. The supervisor did give our room comp tickets for the inconvenience which was a plus. If you are a soft sleepy you will hear people walking through the hall. Walls are very thin."

"I enjoyed the café, the gardens with Koi pond, shuttle service to and from airport."

"The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the bar and food were great. Overall, the stay was enjoyable with the exception of the beds and pillows. The bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were very thin, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I tossed and turned throughout the night and woke up with some back soreness. Unfortunately, the sleeping accommodations were not comfortable."
