"I chose this establishment because it was reminiscent of McMenamins properties in Oregon. I loved the history and the ambiance of the building. If you’re expecting modern amenities in rooms, you won’t find it here. But, you will find amazing staff, character, and a prime spot in DTLA. Access to main highways was easy. The location reminded me of a similar hotel in Seattle. You will hear outside noise and traffic, but that wasn’t a deterrent for me. There is a shopping center and CVS just a few blocks up, and plenty of business to Door Dash from. If you want to stay somewhere with ambiance and excitement staff, this is the place for you."
