"We had a wonderful room, with exceptional service from everyone starting at the reception desk, the concierge, and room service staff. The hotel is within walking distance of so much of the things we wanted to see and do. The concierge was especially helpful in getting tickets, and arranging a cab when it was time to leave. Everything was so clean and comfortable! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, stayed here for almost a week in June. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Situated right on the riverbank, it offers some good views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Convenience is another big plus: there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, taxis are readily available, and there’s a Tesco right next door. There are plenty of good restaurants and pubs within walking distance, and it’s only a 20-minute walk to Westminster Bridge, which made sightseeing very convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London."
