"Staff very friendly and helpful, in the current heatwave the air conditioning was amazing. Loved the kitchenette. Bearing in mind we were in the middle of the nightlife area the rooms were very quiet. Thank you very much"

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"Short walk(10min) to the docks and easy access to the city centre. Good restaurants nearby Lack of lift so if you have big luggages, it would be a challenge to carry up a few flight of stairs. Room I was staying was at the top floor and unfortunately, it was the heat wave. I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning although fan provided didn’t help. I couldn’t change the room either. "W had a lovely stay in this well located hotel. The room was amazing and the staff extremely helpful. They are renovating the 1st floor, which was a bit noisy early one morning, but we spoke to reception and the ensured this did not happen the second night."
