"Well located, and safe (need pass key for the front door to open), staff were friendly. What I appreciated was having free drinks served to guests in the front area. I had a friend visit, so it was a nice touch for us both. Nearby there is a large Tesco's as well as other shops. "The hotel has an excellent ocation right by Albert Dock and Liverpool One,and a short walk to the center. We found our room to be very clean, but a bit on the small side. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast with various hot and cold dishes. Parking is available at the 2-minute walk nearby Q-Park John Lewis (where the hotel can offer a discount). I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Cheerful greeting on arrival. Easy check in. Room on first impressions was very nice - not huge but certainly had everything one needed. Housekeeping could have done a better job at replacing used items such as vanity kit and tissues, also they didn't remove dirty tea cups. Very comfy bed and nice shower and toiletries. "Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available "

"Nice spacious room with furnished kitchen (stove, microwave, pots/pans). If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of decent dining options (fast food, casual, upscale) within 2 blocks walk. Close proximity to Lime Street train station & about 15 minute walk to the waterfront. Price was fantastic for what is provided. "

"Apartment was fab! Such a good find in city centre. Could maybe do with AC as when it gets hot you have to keep windows open overnight which can be loud but that’s not the apartments fault !"

"Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."
