They offer an excellent buffet breakfast with various hot and cold dishes. Parking is available at the 2-minute walk nearby Q-Park John Lewis (where the hotel can offer a discount). I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Well located, and safe (need pass key for the front door to open), staff were friendly. What I appreciated was having free drinks served to guests in the front area. I had a friend visit, so it was a nice touch for us both. Nearby there is a large Tesco's as well as other shops. Only down side is sometimes at night you can hear music from nearby venues, but they normally stop by midnight. Room was super clean, and the beams in the ceiling was a nice touch. "Cheerful greeting on arrival. Easy check in. Room on first impressions was very nice - not huge but certainly had everything one needed. Housekeeping could have done a better job at replacing used items such as vanity kit and tissues, also they didn't remove dirty tea cups. Very comfy bed and nice shower and toiletries. "Nice spacious room with furnished kitchen (stove, microwave, pots/pans). If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of decent dining options (fast food, casual, upscale) within 2 blocks walk. "Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."
