"checked in late. called ahead to make them aware i’d check in late. had to wait at the front desk for 20 min to check in bc no one was there and no one answered the main number. other than that annoyance, the hotel was nice and convenient to airport."

"The facility is well kept and clean. However, my daughter was also staying at the hotel and her room smelled musty. It was on the first level. She didn’t want to say anything because she was traveling with her 2 daughters and did t want to disrupt them. I requested her to say something. Other than that, the stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast choices were also good."

"Excellent location as long as you’re driving. Really helpful and friendly staff upon arrival, the hotel is very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was good for the price as it is included in the booking( at least it was in my case ) Had an issue with my room as was beside the elevator, but they quickly moved my room to somewhere much quieter with no hassle or issue. "Great place to stay and such a short walk to the beach"

"Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!"
