This property was a great place to stay on our girls trip to Newport. The shuttle service was well worth the $10 per person round trip fee. The shuttle drivers - Mike, Dennis and Fred - were so nice and had great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. The free breakfast at the hotel had lots of options for everyone. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

This was a perfect hotel this staff was amazing it was clean it had everything updated. The pool was warm. It was in a great location easy to get downtown. I love this hotel I would stay again.

This was a really fun place to go with family and it is very clean and the morning food is a couple of things but good the staff where kind and we really liked it and the pool stays harm but that’s ok and there was really nice people

Everything was welcoming and clean. The area was safe. The shuttle to downtown Newport was great with excellent drivers. My only downside which isn’t a big deal, was we didn’t get room service while we were there even though our stay length was warranted and we were scheduled to get it. I had to ask for towels, coffee and toilet paper which isn’t the end of the world but I was looking forward to a clean, refreshed room after a long hot day. I would still definitely stay there again.

Very clean, convenient location -- short drive/Lyft/Uber to main attractions in Newport. Suite configuration worked well for our friend party of 3, staff very friendly, easy parking. Breakfast just o.k. but convenient. Hotel allows dogs and kids which didn't bother us, but expect some noise.

Exhausted after traveling through New England for two weeks, we were welcomed at the desk by Julia, who was amazing. She right away gave us a welcome gift of two bottles of water. We were early to our room booking, and we asked her for ideas for something to do until our late afternoon tour started. She graciously looked to see if a room was ready for us. What a nice surprise! We were able to park very near to our room, unpack and relax and catch our breath before setting off for our afternoon tour of Newport Mansions. Our room was spacious and everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom shower, sink and fixtures sparkled as if it were all brand new. Good sized towels, too! The breakfast area was large and bright, clean and cheery. There was a wide variety of hot and cold selections and our meals were delicious. We had an extra amount of recycling with us and when checking out, Julia advised us where to leave it all and that the staff would take care of it. We were well cared for at this hotel by the entire staff. But also, the design and layout of the hotel added to the high level of comfort we experienced during our stay.
