We had a suite with a very bizarre layout. Suite was clean. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Bathroom layout was cramped and minimal. At least have a couple hooks for towels and clothes! Overall, it was adequate for our needs but mediocre in general.

It is one of the nicer places we’ve stayed recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and welcoming. Room was very good. Free breakfast was very good too

This was a great location and made our trip to visit Newport complete. Our hotel slept eight people! The hotel was clean, the towels the pool and the space was great for our group. The pool was clean too! The breakfast was good and we all left full!

The place was ok to stay for a weekend. The room and the bathroom was small, but okay for a weekend stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The included breakfast was pretty plain and the coffee was terrible. The beds however were comfortable and everything was clean!

Reasonably priced. Room was clean and spacious although the bathroom was a little cramped. The free breakfast was fine. The hotel location is in a bit of an industrial area. Our room looked out on the Home Depot parking lot. But it is less than 10 minutes from downtown Newport without the Newport prices.

It was a weird room set up so the bedside table was closer to the middle of the bed, the tub/ shower was on a platform not really wide enough to feel safe, and only 3 hangers in the room. It was clean and staff were great but it was too expensive for what I got.
